Rent or mortgage

Have you been wondering how you would like to live? There are really a lot of people who are still thinking for a really long time about how they are going to live. For example, some people want to have a ground floor house and some people want to have a multi-storey house. I myself have always wanted to have at least a two-story or three-story house. But when I saw the prices, I thought that a ground-floor house would be the best. Sometimes one simply has to limit oneself as well, one has to limit oneself to also understand what it means when maybe they are going to live. One can of course choose to live in an apartment or a house.

This one is then, of course, up to you, how you decide or what is most suitable for you. And there are people who may not even know how they want to live. Then it depends on how the family agrees. For example, I have a friend and her partner and they still don\’t know how they\’re going to live. They\’re still hesitating about whether they\’ll take out a mortgage or whether they\’ll rent. I think it should probably be easy here. Either one has the money for a mortgage or one is just going to rent a place to live. I also just rented in the beginning. Because I was afraid to take out a mortgage.

Plus, I think it\’s completely stupid for a person to take out a mortgage when it\’s just a single person. That means that if he loses his job, he has no security about who will pay for it. Then you can actually lose your home. You can actually lose the roof over your head? And in my opinion, nobody would like that. Absolutely nobody would want that. I think there are a lot of people who are still on the fence about how they\’re going to live. I\’ve always wanted to be in a big house with a big garden where I could have lots of animals. I mainly wanted to have sheep goats and also really big dogs. That was always my dream, but my parents wouldn\’t let me have any animals at all when I was growing up. Maybe it built up in me and now as an adult I want to have enough animals.
