I always wanted to have my own house or flat and I was looking forward to having a big house with a garden when I had a family. After all, who wouldn\’t want a big house or apartment these days? I myself have always dreamed of half of one. All my life I\’ve lived in a rented house with my parents. It was a small two-bedroom flat in a big apartment building. I had a wonderful childhood there, but I lacked space, and because we had a small apartment, I couldn\’t have a dog or a cat. I always wanted to have a dog and a cat. But because of the small space at home, it wasn\’t possible. So I thought, when I live on my own or have a family, I would get a dog, but I would also have a big house or apartment. I also wanted to have a garden. I\’m naturally the kind of person that really likes to grow vegetables and fruits.
I mean, it\’s wonderful to have your own vegetables. And because I like vegetables, I figured that when I have a house and a garden, I\’ll grow tomatoes and cucumbers and peppers, too. But it\’s also difficult to get a mortgage. Having your own house and a mortgage is very difficult. And whoever has it wins. It really is like winning the lottery. I mean, do you know anyone around you who owns their own house or apartment?
And if you do, you must have won some money and/or have such a good job that you saw a lot of money there. I have an average job and an average salary. So I doubt they\’d give me a mortgage somewhere. But even if they do, where am I gonna get some money? You have to have a deposit to get a mortgage. That\’s true, but it\’s unfair. I mean, if I want a mortgage, it means I don\’t have enough for a whole house or apartment, which is probably why mortgages are only for rich people. However, when I can afford it, I\’ll get a big house with a garden. I think it\’s also suitable for small children. And you inherited the house or flat or bought it? And with cash or with a mortgage? Or do you live in a rental? I think all options are expensive. However, I wish everyone to live the way they want to.
