It\\’s really very time consuming and I\\’m tired of fixing things or putting things to the window all the time like that. I even learned from the phone company that I\\’m supposed to put this portable internet somewhere on the window. But why would I do that? The cable clearly can\\’t reach me anywhere else. It\\’s not going to reach there, so that the internet actually has a stronger connection or connection. Mr. Telephone Operator explained it to me, but unfortunately I didn\\’t understand it at all. And so I was angry with myself. But then I was also angry at the telephone operator. Although, of course, I know it\\’s not the operator\\’s fault. He\\’s clearly doing his job and he\\’s somewhere in a call centre advising people and sometimes, unfortunately, even the best person, who maybe has been working there for a really long time, doesn\\’t know mobile stuff or doesn\\’t know any answers at all. And when I told him that I wanted some more stable internet so that it didn\\’t look like I was working at a home office and that I was doing computer courses remotely as a webinar, I wanted something of quality. Only, unfortunately, he didn\\’t give me any advice at all. He gave me some tips and advice that probably should have said there. Only this didn\\’t help me at all, so I was really really upset about it.
