And if you think that it absolutely could not have been so, because it is absolutely impossible to survive without the Internet, then believe me, there really were such times and it was possible to survive. It\\’s just that life was a bit different back then. In some ways better and in some ways worse. Of course, we couldn\\’t be in touch with as many people back then as we are today thanks to the internet. But we still had loved ones and friends that we were in contact with. And that was in person or by correspondence. And no matter what anyone thinks, we meet enough people today who have come to understand that sometimes quality is more important than quantity, and they are starting to look for real friends in the flesh again, as opposed to those who can be clicked on, say, social networks. Weren\\’t we terribly uninformed without the internet? How about this. Sure, a lot of information may not have reached us. But was that a bad thing? Is it really necessary to always have access to a sea of information when our heads can\\’t take it in anyway? We had newspapers and magazines, so we knew what was considered desirable. And that we had no way to entertain ourselves without the option of online gaming? Then you\\’re probably most wrong. We could have fun without them. A piece of stick with a pinch of imagination could replace internet shooting games, tetris could replace even quite ordinary dice, and when we were together we invented games that could not be replaced by internet variants. And other conveniences of the internet that weren\\’t around then could be replaced as well. So we had a great life without it. But we\\’ve gotten lazy since then. And today, we probably wouldn\\’t be able to have the conversations or information we used to. Because we\\’d have to get our asses away from the computer.
