Farmhouse or apartment

Have you also ever wondered whether you will live in an apartment or a house? Because there are a lot of people who don\’t know how they are going to live. If they\’re going to have an apartment or a house, and let me tell you, there\’s really a lot of ways you can actually live? You can choose a really small apartment or a studio apartment or a big apartment. Then you can also wash a really big house with a garden or a villa or also some small house. I\’m always more with the mistake of a little house, but where there would be a really big garden. Because that\’s the way I\’d really like it the most I\’m really happy that I have a lot of options to live in, because after my grandmother I\’m making a big farmhouse and also two small apartments in that.

I\’m an only child and I\’m also basically the only grandchild, so I inherited everything myself. But of course I don\’t have the money to maintain everything so I can pay for everything too. That\’s why I thought it would probably be best if I sold the two small apartments and then just kept the big farm. I can make two small apartments out of the big farmhouse. This would fit in really nicely, and I think I could rent it out. Actually, I\’d still get my money back that way. It\’d be a money spinner, so to speak.

There are a lot of people who do this too because it pays off financially and they don\’t have time for more properties. I wondered myself how much money I would have if I sold both apartments. They\’re two small apartments, but I think that since they\’re actually in the center of town, that I\’d also get a really great value. A lot of people say I\’d better sell the big farmhouse. That it will be really busy with the big holiday, and it also needs a new roof already. And maybe put on some kind of facade. I know about this, of course, because my father was a bricklayer and also a roofer and I already know what is really necessary on big houses.
