As a child I lived in a small house with a small garden. My mother and father still lived there, as did my two older siblings. I always thought that when I grew up I would have a nice house. But life changes. There was a house for sale, and I wanted to have a big house near my parents. But unfortunately, I didn\’t have enough money, so I had to find a cheap place to rent at first. But that wasn\’t as easy as I thought it would be. The woman demanded a lot of money for rent. I have good parents, so my mother offered to lend me some money.
I am too proud to borrow money from people. This is because, while my current job is great, it wasn\’t quite at the level of income I needed to earn to buy a nice house. However, when I think about it, it is also very difficult to get a mortgage. Mortgages these days are very expensive. Not to mention the interest.
Even interest rates these days are so high that few people can afford them. I, for example, was even willing to buy a house or condo if I had the opportunity to own one, if it was a good deal. But on the other hand, I would not be able to pay my mortgage again. That\’s a big problem too, because it\’s not easy these days. What about living in an apartment or a house? I think a lot of people dream of owning their own house. I would gladly buy a shack and renovate everything over time. But you can\’t make everything your own, because even shacks aren\’t sold anywhere. Too bad.
