Proper Sports


There is something to be said for all sports activities. Of course, if you want to lose the extra weight, you need to work on your cardiorespiratory fitness. Anyway, keep moving…did you know that 10 minutes of intense exercise burns calories and makes fat pads disappear? Yes, it\’s true. If you want to lose weight, running is the best way. Cycling is also good. I used to run too. I used to run competitively too, back in elementary school. I really enjoyed it. I also ran in relay races.

Do you know what a relay is? It\’s almost like running. You run around the bar like this and pass them. That\’s called a relay. It was a lot of fun doing the relay. And I was really good at it. Later, after I hurt my knee, I started swimming. For two months I couldn\’t do anything. I could barely walk. I should have been doing track and field by then. So I gave it up. I didn\’t want to ruin my health for the sake of racing or competing

While we are on the subject of sports, do you do any sports? Most people mainly swim. Or many people play sports that they just watch on TV. I call it passive sports. I am good at sports, but I don\’t do them at all. I don\’t play sports physically. And that is not good for the human body. Our bodies obviously need to move. That hasn\’t changed since the beginning of time. If we don\’t move, our hearts will be in really bad shape. Not to mention the extra weight that will then be put on. It makes me really, really sad when I see little children who have gained weight. I don\’t understand how parents can let this happen. How can they let it go so far?
