How to own your own home.

Everyone wants to have their own house or apartment. But nowadays it is very difficult to get something so valuable. Yes, I write valuable because it is true. I remember when getting a house or apartment used to be completely easy or cheap. For example, I will describe the example of my grandmother and grandfather, how they came to own a house. It was shortly after the war. They came from another town to our village. I don\’t know the details, but they were simply given a large house, a farm, completely free. It\’s such a big farmhouse that it could have accommodated about twenty people, and there was still plenty of room. In addition, only my grandfather\’s parents and siblings actually lived there, and my grandmother eventually got married. Here\’s a case of facts changing and about housing. Then when my grandparents had their kids, they too got a non-repayable loan of a quarter of a million. They didn\’t have to pay that back at all. They just had to meet the condition that they build a house and live in it for at least ten years and not sell it. That\’s what they did. But then they sold the house in the tenth year because they got divorced.

But that doesn\’t change the fact that it was very simple before. But now, it\’s really a luxury to have your own place. I have one, I live in the farmhouse with my grandmother, my grandfather is no more. It\’s a lot of space, it\’s a big house, and my brother will live here. So the history of the house goes on. And my friend wanted a mortgage for a small apartment. Unfortunately, she was unsuccessful, so she still has to live in an expensive rental. I don\’t know why, but it\’s awful these days. Unless one already owns or inherits a house, it\’s only for the chosen few to mortgage or own a house. Nowadays you have to be rich to own a house or apartment, but the middle class just can\’t afford it.

If I couldn\’t live with my grandmother where I have my own unit, I would still live with my mom. I think this is probably a very common situation. I don\’t want to pay stupid rent, I don\’t like it. So I said I\’m going to invest money in renovating the farmhouse, where I\’m going to renovate three rooms just for myself and now I\’m living here with my son.
